In line with best practice, we will be applying a code freeze from Tuesday 18 December 2018 until Monday 7 January 2019.
Our offices will be closed for the Christmas break from Monday 24 December 2018 until Friday 4 January 2019 inclusive.
The Upbeat office will also be closed all day on Thursday 6 December 2018 for our Annual Company Christmas Party.
Throughout the time of our office closures, our support team will still be on hand to help with any critical issues that may arise. All other, non-critical, requests will be looked at within the support queue after Monday 7 January. Our standard definition of a critical issue is included below, for your reference:
"Your service is completely unavailable and business critical activities are prevented. The issue is reputation critical. Your entire system is unavailable, defaced, hacked, or infected."
